Indeed. However, a lot of people on anthrofora claim that even the Southern French look closer to Brits and/or Germans than to their Southern neighbours.

France, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Slovakia.

And relatively; Serbia.

P.S. Bosnia would also be relatively with Serbia here, considering genetics/phenotype, but you said also culturally, and they have little or none with European culture (no offence Bosniaks), because their main goal is to be similar to Turkey by culture.

To me, Swiss and Slovaks definitely look closer to Northern than Southern Europeans. But otherwise that makes sense.
