Most of the time when interracial relationships are discussed, it is usually in the context of Western countries, but what about elsewhere in the world? Where are interracial relationships with Whites most and least likely to cause controversy and offence?

Korea is probably the least open, especially North Korea.

South Asians are poorer and more White-worshiping, which makes them more likely to want to mix with a White person. I think East Asians (especially Koreans and Japanese) tend to be more nationalistic.

Due to said poverty, there is more sex tourism (including unfortunately with children) in South Asia than East Asia, but when it comes to genuine relationships I doubt they are more open than are East Asians, especially with their traditions of arranged marriages, caste and religious rivalries etc.

For Iraq and Saudi Arabia, they are only open toward White women, but not White men. Although many tribes there prefer not intermarry with Whites, and it can cause a lot of problems and tensions. For example there was a Saudi who married a Greek woman, and let's say she was not accepted by the family of the man especially his mother and there is a book about this subject. If she was British or Anglo-American she might have been tolerated but also this create societal rejection from the females and can be very damaging to the women in these relationships. Many Iraqis see Whites responsible for the destruction of their nation, and so it's really hard for them to be open toward Whites, but again White women are allowed, but White men very rarely are allowed, unless they convert to either Sunni or Shia Islam. Both Iraq and Saudi Arabia are very tribal societies.

Plus most Iraqis have no interest in blondes or what not. There is some fetish towards it because it's very rare, and most don't see it as the holy grail like what some White nationalist bozos might believe. Arabian beauty ideal traditional preferred light brown skinned women, big black eyes, and very dark hair, with petite hour glass frame, but due to globalization and some elements of European colonial victories in the modern era, this slightly changed, but not significant degree like other areas which went under a prolonged colonial rule such as Latin America, South Asia, North Africa and the Levant. Iraq and the Arabian peninsula managed to defeat and humiliate the European powers that attempted to colonize them, Iraq was very trouble for the British, and Oman defeated the Portuguese, well the Arabian pirates often attacked British ships in the "Persian" Gulf.

There is even a White nationalist Varg Vikernes who said that the Iraqis did not even really care about his blond mother, but his mother faced more harassment from Cypriot Christians because she was blond. This proof in the budding, we don't really care or see Whites as special, nor all Arabian guys want blond wives which is just a myth.

I also like to laugh at the White-worshiping mentality of South Asians, but I have to disagree with you here. The rates of interracial marriage between East Asians and Whites are much higher than that between South Asians and Whites. South Asians are an incredibly tribalistic people and don't marry out much. Religion is also more likely to be a barrier to marriage in the case of South Asians.
