squatting and gopnik culture is a russian sub culture thing. Ive never seen anyone squatting like that in slovakia until recently where some people are copying russians. It was started in russian prisons that were over crowded and where people had had no place to sit. I dont think poland ever had people squatting everywhere either. Drunk weirdos squatting and wearing stupid shoes and hats have nothing to do with real slavic culture.
