not so. it uses some elements, but accidentaly.

Difference between gopnik and dress is like between eastern slavic proudness and polish "gonor". If gopnik is an dangerous person, the dress - is mostly hillarious one.

I'm quite Pro-Russian actually (I'm just not Russian). But most Poles dislike Russia. For example these scouts:
(it doesn't mean that they dislike all East Slavs, as you can see this scout likes Ukrainians, but not Russia)

This is Warsaw though, so in the east of Poland. Eastern Poland is much more Anti-Russian than my region.

The guy who is interviewing him is some fan of Putin and fan of Russia from Britain.
