OWD/OBD or Not? White/Black Wannabe or Not?

Consider a non-European Caucasoid who looks white or have light features (skin, eyes, and hairs). His/Her features are not common among his/her ethnic group and people view his/her ethnicity as a non-white group. If he/she identifies as White, do you call him/her White wannabe?

Someone has noticeable SSA admixture or known Black ancestor in their family tree but they do not look Black or do not have visible Negroid features. If they identify as Black, Do you call them Black wannabe? This case applies to other similar stuff, e.g. claiming Native American or other ethnic groups.

So...

A) Is #1 OWD or White wannabe?

B) Is #2 OBD or Black wannabe?

1: No. What else would they call themselves? Middle Eastern isn't a race. They're Caucasoids. A white skinned Caucasoid is obviously white.
