Okay, are you from Turkey? Here Töre means any tribal law, of any nation. Turks dropped Turkic Töre long ago, today only some Kurds continue their own Kurdish Töre, which is a real problem.
Today here if you mention Töre people automatically think Kurdish Töre, you have to specify "Turkish Töre" but people don't even know what Turkish Töre is even about.
I guess Jackrussel mentioned Turkish Töre, but it's not my fault, he should have specify. Anyone would think he's talking about Kurdish one.
