He has excellent strength, balance, poise and dexterity... and I find it beautiful, graceful and artistic to watch. I wonder how many years of training he's done as a gymnast, and whether he's been perfecting his art and toning his physique since childhood.

I know ballet dancers physically train from a young age and spend long hours each day for many years in perfecting their art.... even when international ballet students are pushed to extremes of pain and endurance and the classical ballet dancers are left with their feet feeling sore and bleeding.

A male Russian ballet dancer is shown at the elite and very strict English National Ballet school in West London where he is being pushed to extremes there in order to be able to give a world-class performances with the English National Ballet Company (which consists of 64 elite classical ballet dancers of 20 different nationalities,) before they tour together in other nations.

An elite female ballet dancer from the Czech Republic with the English National Ballet Company is shown in the video saying that's she's had to have 3 operations on her knees and another operation on her ankle, due to the injuries that she's suffered from with the extreme training demands and long hours of rehearsals at the elite ballet school, as shown in the video below.
