haplogroups predates ethnicities, you can't associate them with certain ethnicities. In other hand, The present HGs in Turkey are mainly also existing in Today Central Asia.

And about this "Rape", since Turks have strong way of customs which called Töre, they don't breed with that way. Bastards can't become part of the society unlike the other Non-Turkish populations.
