Why do people defend Serbs?

Simply because I have good friends who are Serbs, that's all. I honestly don't give that much crap about them though, and I do acknowledge on what they did to the innocent Bosniaks is evil and devilish.

I wouldn't say that ppl defend Serbs, I have to be transparent and fair-play here, in fact Serbs are portraited as villains in mainstream, especially in West ofcourse.

In every Hollywood movie if someone would be Serbian, or somethin about Serbia; it would always be negative.

Main villains in American movies considering nationality; Russians, Arabs, Serbs and Germans from WW2.

P.S. This is for author of this thread; you cannot blame all Serbian nation and ppl, I as a Croat cannot blame entire Serbian nation, why would you even want to portrait all Serbs as negative/bad ppl?

I dont know what mainstream do you (author of the thread) follow and where did you get your ideas that Serbs are defended from someone, they are in fact attacked in mainstream medias by everyone (except Russia, Greece, Romania is neutral, etc...), and I think it is not fair that everyone attacks them, and when I say everyone I mean western medias, and we all know that western medias are almost Alpha and Omega on this planet.

Yes, Serbs had bad politics, sure, but what do you want more of them? Almost all of their ppl from Ex-Yugoslav war are convicted in International court of justice in Den Haag, so (no offence man) but what would exactly satisfy you completely, that all Serbs kill themselves? Mass suicide?

Go into any discussion on the internet about the wars and you'll see that "omg all sides we're bad" or "all sides commited warcr1mes" are common themes. I mean I even saw it on the old IMDB discussion boards.
In one of the threads here there is a video of a Canadian General and Ambassador going on Canadian news and defending Bosnian Serbs.

You're referring to the video I posted. I don't think you paid attention to the video. There wouldn't have been a war if Alija Izetbegović had accepted the resolution that was offered by the UN, which, by the way, was basically the same resolution at the end of the war. That's not a defense of anyone. It's an objective fact.



I think what should be discussed is why the Canadian and Western media ignored the Croatian army attacking Canadian troops. It was completely ignored.



The more you look into the Balkan wars the angrier one should be towards NATO. It wasn't black or white.
