It seems like July is the rainiest month in Finland, but it is also the warmest one. The weather is still pretty dry in the summer time and in the winter time many buildings are very dry inside out. The year 2010 was quite something. Very demonic (all time high of 37,2 °C) and biblical at the same time. [1] We have very tricky climate i gotta say. I would rather live in Central Europe or England in that sense. And if i could decide i would make it rain every single day, all the time here in Northern Europe. Every single day. Less bugs and happy people. More fresh air.

Except, London gets more rain days and drizzle. They are cloudier and more "moist", if you will. Hence the reason why they'd feel "wetter".

Rome on the other hands gets more heavy rain events but it is far more warmer. So the evaporation rate would make it feel "drier" than it is.

Sydney is also drier than London, but our vegetation is very Mediterranean overall.

That is true. Even in spring it rains then the some comes out and the asphalt becomes am evaporation machine. Sometimes you can literally see the vapor rising

Come to Georgian Black Sea cost, Batumi almost everyday has rain. Landscape super green.
Temperature is between 15-25 degrees. You can swim in the warm sea, while there will be fog on the beach, really interesting.
This is in sunny day, usually those mountains and houses are in the clouds.

During winter heavy snowfalls but still not cold.
