I just think that neither is really good. Kids should be kids, not mini adults. Dating/sex are adult activities.

Atm most people in the West are not ready for this because of various things I mentioned earlier.

People are marrying close to 30. When women have children after 30ish it increases the risk of problems for the children.

Late teenager girls and young adult females are better suited for it.
