Top would probably be the Slavic countries, bottom probably the Middle Eastern countries

Most to least accepting: Western Europe > Eastern Europe > Caribbean > SS Africa > South Asia > MENA

In Iraq, Japanese girls are seen as beautiful. However due to many Uygurs and Uzbeks being in ISIS, let's say the Mongoloid look is not looked favorably upon, but the Japanese are highly respected. Sadly this also creates confusion because all Mongoloid people in Iraq are called Chinese as catch term. In Saudi Arabia it's about similar. Also Arabs have intermarried with East Asians/Mongoloid since they came into contact with each other. There is even a famous Iraqi model who is half Japanese, and the reason she is model because of her exotic mix. Again in most of the Arabian countries it mostly females that are accepted, but males can also if they convert. However East Asians are most often regarded higher than Europeans, because they did not brutalize the Arabian population like Europeans did recently. People don't hold hostile view toward the Japanese, Koreans, or Chinese, like they hold it toward White Americans, and Europeans in general. There is more mixture from Southeast Asian and Arabs, but in Iraq many Iraqi Bedouin guys for example say Japanese women are cute.
