Please keep in mind I didn't say he is ethnic Croat nor than Bosniaks are ethnic Croats. I said he is political Croat, just like Italians in Zadar are today.

As for religion, absolute majority of Croats are catholic, but not all, north Croatia was hard hit by reformation and they have protestant college there today.

There are orthodox and muslim people who identify as Croats, jews too.

Croatia always assimilated many settlers that came there, it was our strength others always envied.

You and me are good examples, we aren't fully ethnic Croats but we feel so completely.
