Mediterranids and Nordids
What kind of differences exist between Mediterranids and Nordids, except for height and pigmentation?

According to all major anthropologists (Ripley,Coon, Hooton,v Eickstedt, Angel, Biasutti as well as the POLsih school)
Nordics have overall larger and longer faces.
Skull is bigger and thicker than in the classic (gracile,ibero insulae etc) Mediterranean
Nose often acquiline. Longer necked etc.
1) Alpine,Dinaric,Mediterranean,Baltic and Nordic should be enough to identify most Europeans.
2) These are not races, just examples of possible variants. Have fun with them but don’t take it seriously.
3) No one is a Steppe Warrior or a Hunter Gatherer. Stop Frowning in your selfies to look badass, looks like you are taking a s*it.
4) We are all WC: Westernized Consumers.

Nordids are taller and have more robust bones. Meds have more prominent noses and fleshy lips.
Not much overall. Similar skull shape.

This is rather stereotypical thinking than so much the case.
Both can come in more robust and Gracile forms.
Its mostly pigmentation and also a bit place of origin.
Coon used the term Pseudo-Nordics for Nordic type looking persons in Mediteranean regions.
On the other hand you could just say the person is Nordic then
If a Med type person is very light"blond" and has blue eyes than its more or less a Nordic phenotype.
Other types actualy look different to both these types no matter in what pigmentation they have.
A very light type with Dinaric metrical features for example is called Noric type to distuinguish it from the proper
Nordic type.
The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.

But the east med category (Pontids) are same height with nordids with also big skull and Mesocephalic .
Gracile meds dont exist in east med region but only in Iberia
In my opinion the only difference is the pigmentation and the bony face of Nordids while
Meditteranids have fleshy smooth oval faces.
You can see the difference in the statues of Nazis vs the statues of Ancient Greeks

Disagree with this , actually the med types in Balkans and east meditteranean are more robust than nordids

If he is a body builder has nothing to do with robusticity.
