One Latvian got 40% Estonian + 60% Lithuanian. Much of Latvia also used to be Livonian before.
But in general Latvians are very similar to Lithuanians:

Latvians, Lithuanians, and Estonians all tend to cluster together.

The Mongol impact was probably not significant. They pull more eastwards because of assimilating Uralics.

To certain degree yes, but not from Golden Horde, but from Asiatic-Nomadic ppl. Not when it comes about majority of Russians, but many of them.

I wouldn't go that far to say that Russians got noticable mongol admix because Russians without it are still majority when it comes about Russians, but many of them have that admix.

Furthermore, let's not forget how East Baltid phenotype "evolved "in the first place (it is Heaven and Hell the difference between West Baltid - pure european, and East Baltid - asiatic/nomadic admix), East Baltid phenotype is european borderline phenotype with clear Asian-Nomadic admixture, not only that, but without that asian-nomadix admix; East Baltid phenotype would not exist.

And just how many Russians belongs to that certain phenotype? A lot of them.

And last but not least; to be honest, from Historical-Genetical point of view I never viewed Russians (in general) as true descendants of what was Kievan Rus, but Ukrainians, IN FACT, I wouldn't even call Ukrainians as Ukrainians but ORIGINAL RUSSIANS, and most of today Russians are Moskovites from what was once Kievan Rus periphery.

This is nothin personal against Russia, honestly, you just asked about my opinion and here it is.

I feel like Belarusians are some the most original/unaltered Slavs whatever that means. As a whole they seem to lack some of the more Uralic influence in Russia while at the same time some of the Germanic influence occasionally found in some Poles.

The mongol impact on Russian is clear as day. There is no Uralic admixture in Russians.

Most Russians don't have a lot of Mongoloid at all

Remember greasycaveman? He was 1/2 Russian, 1/2 Anglo, and he got <1% Central Asian, and the rest all European

Most Uralics live in Russia, and Russian N1c does not come from mongols. north russians are not closely related with any other slavs genetically.

Siberian and Scytho-Sarmatian are the most substantial ones.
