I hear a lot of Serbs call it a Vlach haplogroup that was Albanized but thats just BS, how can something be a Vlach haplogroup when Vlachs aren't even a proper ethnic group also Albanians are descended from Paleo-Balkanites so it was always in the Albanians.

You can call it Vlach or old Balkan haplogrouop, doesn't matter. Important is that it is second most common haplogroup among Serbs with 15-20%.
