You don't get it, i don't fucking care about what's happening in your country or in the west in general, so you should think the same about the Balkans.

When I used to live in Poland I struggled to not be seen as Spanish or Italian because they weren't seen as the most civilized people ever, especially during nightlife unlike Portugueses.

With that said, I don't have a bad experience with Spanish tourists in Portugal but my friends and colleagues that work in the touristic field always make fun of the classic Spanish tourist phrase "I've just arrived two hours ago, what there's to see in here?" Prepare your trips beforehand.

I never had a bad experience either with them. Just recall two funny/picturesque situations.

One night I was going for a stroll, right in the middle of Boavista Avenue. Which is just like the second most important avenue of the city.

The only things worth visiting in Hungary live inside museums just as were your boyfriend Stears belongs.

Hungary only has some castles,thermal baths,museums which only old men visit...the best thing you can do is drive a little more hours to Transilvany,the cities and their views(especially Brasov), coupled with the dozens of mountains and places to visit ,cheaper prices, much younger people ,better nightlife and overall experience makes those extra hours worth it...beware of Szekel land tho, its an abandoned shithole..
