Begin with this, it's in russian. There, the entire magazine is devoted to atmospheric electricity and architecture, contains just a huge number of old photographs of the 19th century.

It could also be done independently by several cultures. People of many early Steppe cultures hunted wild horses, but it is not easy to determine which culture first domesticated them.
Seems like you are correct, I though Sumerians had the earliest use of chariots but seems like these are older. I believe that horse domestication occurred somewhere around the Caucasus and surrounding areas

The Albanians, these tigers of mountain wars ... have as their religion rebellion. Even their worst warrior is one of the strongest and bravest on the battle-field, just as if he was a knight on the legendary horse. But he has no horse, nor proper weapons for battle. Instead of the horse, he has a lance which strikes as lightning, he has spears who's points are full of posion as the sting of hornets, he has also a wooden bow with some arrows. Furthermore, he is stronger than iron ...

    Yes.

I guess Proto-Indo-Europeans learned how to produce cheese from Trypillians or from GAC:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cucute...pillia_culture

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globular_Amphora_culture

The oldest evidence of cheese-making is from Poland of GAC culture times, from Cuiavia:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuyavia#History

The earliest solid evidence of cheese-making, dating to 5,500 BC, was found in Kuyavia.[8][9]
And the oldest actual piece of cheese (preserved to our times) is from Indo-Europeans:

The oldest evidence of wheeled vehicles is from Poland, the 2nd oldest from Mesopotamia:

    Indo-European glue: http://www.ancient-origins.net/news-...0-years-020120

But glue in a broad sense (substances that stick things together) is older.

Already Neanderthals knew how to stick things together using tar:

"Neanderthals were distilling tar 200 thousand years ago in Europe":

I think that Sumerian "chariots" were just normal 4-wheeled wagons (based on pictures).

Proper 2-wheeled war chariots (like the ones used later) were invented by Sintashta.

I think wheeled vehicles were invented around Caucasus, and spread in two directions, towards Poland and Mesopotamia. Which is why they appeared around the same time in two latter places.

Sumerian chariots were not proper chariots, but 4-wheeled vehicles:

^^^ That type of "chariot" originated most probably in the Caucasus:

    http://dienekes.blogspot.com/2014/06...rial-from.html

And here a Sintashta chariot (reconstruction), a proper combat chariot:

^^^ Egyptians started using such chariots later than the Chinese:

Horse domestication occured probably where wild horses were the most plentiful - in the Steppe.

GAC samples were published, they were I2 and had no Steppe admixture.

Only one sample had a bit of Steppe admixture, if I remember correctly.

Do you really think, that when some population is influenced, that means,
that evey single one of the inhabitants have to be mixed or/and have an
influential neighbour buried in the same grave, especially on two different
outskirt villages where devil says good night?

None of steppe nomadic groups were civilized before becoming a sedentary population or encountering a civilization. Am I wrong? Then show me a PIE group or early IE people who were as civilized as Near Easterns.
