More like Greeks are Orthodox christians, to be exact but yeah i think that is one of the reasons but maybe there are others like the fight for Constantinople/Istambul

I don't dislike them, and Turks in general don't actually have strong opinions on Greeks. There are Turks who even like Greece, so it depends on people and their mindsets.

Historical butthurt(because of Ottoman empire), the Cyprus issue, etc. i don't think that normal people in real life hate each other, it's only some extremist/nationalist people fighting in the internet.
