What crap? The world was more connected than you may think especially through trade. During the time many pilgrims and knights from the Holy Roman Empire went to the Middle East in the 13th century during the crusades and they most likely saw locals for themselves especially when the Sultanate of Egypt was involved. The Spanish depicted Moors in different ways. If you have a problem i advise you to call the church about their black statue.

Reality is that you can't even make the difference between photoshopped pictures and west african slaves.

    Reality is this Sir :

West africans were domestic slaves, mercenaries, harem/palace guards, etc and they were brought by north africans who bought them in big trade centers like Gao or Timbuktu. Moreover your statues were made well after the crusades.

Racism is a modern invention. The Romans dealt with people individually. The Rhodope Thracians were loved by Greeks and Romans, even introducing Gods into their Pantheons and becoming full citizens of Rome, the rest were regarded as useless non-martial tribes as they didn't have developed warrior classes like the Rhodope peoples. People always put Rome in these boxes of this or that but they were a complex society that had many different phases.
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.

Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

This is a depiction of the Moorish caliph Abu Hafs Umar al-Murtada and his associates with two Castilian ambassadors, and as you can see. He was not Black but rather olive toned, so was the other noblemen while the two Castilian ambassadors were a bit lighter. This is a much more accurate and realistic depiction of the Moors, as many North Africans today can be seen having the same features as the Caliph and his men. Most "Black" Moor depictions were most likely those of non-North African descent, either servants, guards or just ordinary citizens of the caliphate.

Still there was no government funded mass immigration, this indeed is unnatural.

    It is not photoshopped

It's funny how you show pictures of so called "Moors" when the term originates from the Latin name 'Maurus' which in turn originates from the Greek word Mavros which means black or dark skinned. This is about truth not emotions or politics. Most early writers always described the moors as being dark skinned or black in colour. If we take a look at modern North Africans in terms of skin tone they don't differ that much from South Europeans so then they definitely weren't talking about them then.

Black Africans were nothing but slaves and servants narrative 🥱yet ignoring the fact that 1.3 million Europeans were enslaved by Barbary pirates and the Ottoman Empire which isn't even including the other Muslim kingdoms who probably did the same. The Islamic slave trade enslaved Africans, Europeans, Indians, Caucasians and Turks. So suddenly all the descendants of those European slaves suddenly disappeared? They didn't assimilate or have any children? Omitting parts of history to suit ones own narrative or beliefs is historical revisionism sir.

hahah I know exactly who you are and it seems you still don't want to learn. No "moor" didn't came from the greek word "mavros" that's a common myth used by afrocentrists. Reality is that it came from the latin word "mauri/maurus" used for the inhabitants of mauretania which itself came from the phoenician term "mahur or mahurim" which means "westerners"

Derived from the Latin word “Maurus,” the term was originally used to describe Berbers and other people from the ancient Roman province of Mauretania in what is now North Africa. Over time, it was increasingly applied to Muslims living in Europe. Beginning in the Renaissance, “Moor” and “blackamoor” were also used to describe any person with dark skin."
By then, the idea of Moors had spread across Western Europe. “Moor” came to mean anyone who was Muslim or had dark skin; occasionally, Europeans would distinguish between “blackamoors” and “white Moors.”
    https://www.nationalgeographic.com/h...ho-were-moors/

so yes random west african slaves in al andalus were called moors too but originally it was a term used for north africans and most moors weren't black. Also if the moors were all black we would have at least seen a genetic influence on the local population but nada. We clearly see a north african influence not a black one.

And lol at your white slaves argument you clearly haven't read anything about it. comparing a massive slave trade that brought 9 millions of slaves (we also have evidence of genetic impact) vs a small slave trade of mostly male slaves who were in most cases redeemed by their family or christian associations. Also North africans never enslaved indians or turks. And I challenge you to find any genetic impact of this "white slavery" do you forget that we also have depictions/descriptions of ancient north africans ? Do you forget that we have the genetic results of guanches ? Also of two copper age north africans ? You're out of your element go back to ES.

Also moors were so black that they used to talk about themselves like this :
Therefore, the Negro nation are, as a rule, submissive to slavery, because [Negroes] have little [that is essentially] human and have attributes that are quite similar to those of dumb animals, as we have stated.”
beyond [known peoples of black West Africa] to the south there is no civilization in the proper sense. There are only humans who are closer to dumb animals than to rational beings. They live in thickets and caves, and eat herbs and unprepared grain. They frequently eat each other. They cannot be considered human beings.” Ibn Khaldun (1332–1406), Andalusian Arab of Tunisian origin. Wrote the Muqaddimah, from which these quotes are taken

As every great conqueror power, it was more heterogenous. They didn't care about your color until you bended the knee.. simple
