    There are quite a lot of famous Arbanasi, they are mixed and completely croatised today.

    They weren’t croatised, they croatised themselves, assimilated to the society.

    Unlike the Serbs, Croats never used forceful assimilation tactics on Albanians. Even without request, Croatian government donated funds to language institutes to teach and keep the Arbanasi dialect alive, as it is in danger. That is called respect.
