From page 618, “The film had a grotesquely wealthy and powerful few dictating the lives of the hungry and downtrodden masses; it had people imprisoned in sectors with each sector specializing in a particular service to the El-ite; and it had the ultimate divide and rule in which people from one oppressed sector sought to survive by brutally killing representatives from other equally oppressed sectors on the say-so of the oppressors of all oppressed sectors.”
On page 619, “Agenda 21 was established at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992, hosted by Maurice Strong, a Canadian oil and business billionaire and long-time frontman for the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers.
“Strong has been a leader of their exploit-the-environment-to-scam-the-people program which is now in full flow and he said with typical fork-tongue mendacity that he is a capitalist when it comes to his billionaire businesses, but collectivist when it comes to saving the planet. Put this through the bullshit translator and out comes … ‘I am a billionaire from the Capitol and I want the masses living in Hunger Games poverty justified by saving the planet’.”
On page 620, “(Strong) said in support of Agenda 21: ‘Isn’t the only hope for this planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it it our responsibility to bring that about?’ This is a man that became mega-rich through the oil industry. He now lives in billionaire luxury in China where carbon-emitting industry is booming and he is a director of the Chicago Climate Exchange (largest shareholder, Goldman Sachs), which is ‘the world’s first and North America’s only legally-binding greenhouse-gas emission registry reduction-system for emission sources and offset projects in North America and Brazil.”
Further down the page this quote, “Strong fled to China in 2006 after being accused of corruption with respect to the UN oil for food program.”

– Major restrictions on movement [you’re welcome, signed TSA]
– Creation of human ‘settlement zones’
– Mass resettlement as people are forced to vacate land where they currently live [we’ll see how this drought plays out here in California]
– Dumbing down education (achieved)
– Mass global depopulation in pursuit of all of the above [this book goes into great detail about how this will be accomplished]

This is just a chunk off the tip of the iceberg of the material David covers, but I will give some highlights.

On page 466 he says, “Big Pharma well knows what the cure [for cancer] is, but there is no way they are going to make that available when the idea is to kill people and not cure them. I have revealed in other books how Dr. Richard Day (Rothschild Zionist), professor of pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York and head of the Rockefeller-controlled eugenics organization, Planned Parenthood, told a closed meeting of pediatricians in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1969:
We can cure almost every cancer right now. Information is on file in the Rockefeller Institute [now the Rockefeller University], if it’s ever decided that it should be released.”
Put that in your medical marijuana pipe and smoke it.

On page 470, in reference to a six-in-one vaccine shot for polio, diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, hepatitis B, and Haemophilus influenza type B being developed by GlaxoSmithKline who in 2013 pleaded guilty to the largest drug industry scandal in recorded history, “These vaccines contain: Aluminum -which causes dementia and Alzheimer’s disease; Antibiotics – too many makes you resistant to them and they have other damaging effects; Formaldehyde – a highly-toxic chemical that can cause cancer (including myeloid leukemia), damage the brain and nervous system, and cause blindness and seizures; Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – a brain toxin that attacks neurons and can be fatal. (continued) Thimerosal- lethally-toxic methyl mercury that can devastate the nervous system. (continued) An independent review of child vaccines by the non-profit US National Vaccine Information Center found many contained aborted human foetal and altered DNA material, and genetically-modified human blood protein (albumin).”
Yeah, that sounds real safe. No responsible parent would EVER risk their child’s life and wellbeing after reading that!

Another important find worth noting is a document that Icke researched called Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, on page 13, “…an instruction manual for agents of the conspiracy explaining how to mass mind control the population. The document was dated May 1979 and was apparently found in July 1986 in an IBM copier bought at a surplus sale. The quiet wars it talks about are the unseen wars on the human mind and the silent weapons are mental and emotional manipulations based on manufacturing situations to which the mind and emotions respond.”
A summary here of what the document says:
– Keep the adult public attention diverted away from real social issues, captivated by matters of no real importance.
– Keep children ignorant of real mathematics, real law, real history.
– Keep the public entertainment below a sixth-grade level.
– Keep the public busy, busy, busy, with no time to think.
These points were also made in the document, Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars:
“When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantifiable indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government.”
