Lol this isn't really saying anything. It's just measuring the presence of R1 haplogroups. I find it hard to believe that Spain, Peru, Chile, Portugal or even most of Western Europe actually has more to do with the original Indo-Europeans than say Russians or Ukrainians, where the culture probably actually started. Or Belarus, which wasn't far from it. Armenia too even. I doubt the IE people just mostly abandoned their original area and all moved to the Atlantic seaboard lol. One reason why haplogroups can be misleading.
I think Finland is even more IE than much of western Europe, despite the language. The Yamnaya people had elements that were more similar to eastern Europe from what I've read.
