She's not mestiza. Mestiza is someone who is about half Indian. In the US they would be called half-breeds. So it wouldn't be accurate to use that word to mean "mixed." Even in the US, the one drop rule never applied to Native Americans. It would be more accurate to say that she is Med with a little Amerind influence because that's what she is. Another thing to remember is that most people tend to overestimate admixture when they look at a latin american. I remember when I first started, I had myself classified and everyone assumed that I had this significant Indian admixture, which turned out false.

I think she looks very mediterranean, though she might have some amerindian or something else as well. No way she's a mestiza though.
