It's funny seeing how as humans advanced as did Aliens at the same time.

It's real... shockingly. And it's been on the increase recently. Steadily.

There are too many occurrences, with evidence. I have listened to many stories, and the only conclusion I can come to is that it is a reality.

"Sleep paralysis" is something of a spiritual nature, often (or always? not sure..).

Well prepare yourself. Humans will definitely find at least one civilization in 30-40 years time. There will be no contact but we will simply know they exist.

Nope, but there are alternative ways.. there are no barriers between me and them hence we are too close to each other in all respects.. since they don't know a single word of the modern world languages they prefer to keep a conversation with human beings telepathically.. they're the unique creatures created by Almighty who live in the other worlds, sometimes they visit this world and appear anywhere whenever they wish.. the same goes for Mongolian worms, bigfoot/sasquatch, werewolves, ghosts, mermaids and such

One way is building a telescope to read heat signatures of the planets. If there is funding, scientists can do it right now. The only problem as of now is the costs of delivering large heavy payloads into space. Larger telescopes in near future will be able to analyze reflected light off the planets, therefore decipher not only their compositions and possible habitability but presence of artificial occurrences. But if there is nothing out there, Yahweh save us all!

all this implies that there is any other species out there noticing us. Nothing can notice us if nothing is there.
