2 (Half) Sicilian Arbereshe GEDMatch results... do you see evidence of actual Albanian input?

Sarno et al proposes that yes, they do have Albanian input and plot nearer Albanians and mainland Greeks.

I often suspect some of the 'Greek' genetic signal in western Sicily could be from assimilated Arbereshe as well as actual Greeks.

The first is half Arbereshe from Contessa Entellina and half Palermitan, the second is half Arbereshe from Palazzo Adriano and half from Agrigento.

Both are close to "Central Greek" on GEDmatch which is a cluster comprising of Athenians, Euboeans, and the Aegean islands directly east of there. They also have some "northeastern" type input compared to the South Italian average, not unlike Apulians and Syracusans.
