All of them, hopefully. Its just that all sides have to accept the current borders (that include Kosovo as it is recognized by a lot of countries I think). Eventually all those countries would enter EU (Croatia has been inside since 2013) and Shengen zone so there would be no physical borders. Nationalism hasn't done great things on the Balkans...
