My closest guesses:

- Ukraine: likely can pass as someone from Galicia
- Russia: somewhere from the Chernozemye region, Tula, Kaluga and Smolensk oblast
- Lithuanian of she is from the Baltics... Latvia, sort of less likely. Not sure if a lot of Latvians have dark eyes.
- Full-blooded Russian from Estonia or Latvia
