Father worked so hard to develop his physique and did so much to succeed in life (I've read his autobiography) and son seems to not give a shit about his look, organism and health. It's a shame!

Arnold had to endure tough challenges in life and had to work very hard to gain his fame and fortune.... but his wealthy son is spoilt, soft, and lazy.

He lives off his father's success rather than earning his own money and personal success in life. His spoiled rich son is born with everything he wants in life automatically handed to him on a plate... so he doesn't bother to make any effort to work hard as he's already wealthy and famous - without even trying in life.
