    I'm always feeling tired...is there something wrong with me?

    I get 6-7 hours of sleep a night during the week, and 6-8 on the weekends.

    There could be dozens of reasons for it. Sometimes it could be tough to fix if sleep disorder.


    Do you go to sleep, wake up, up reguararly?
    Make sure to have dark room.
    Some need slightly cooler rooms, but for some warmer.
    Make sure to have good oxygen flow.
    Exercise
    Are you deppressed? You need sun.
    Check blood levels,
    testosterone levels
    take vitamins
    there are some people who need to sleep longer hours. 8hrs minimum.
    Even some people sleep 12 hrs daily deep sleep. (minority of them but needed).

    My problem is that the way my dorm room's curtains are, a lot of light can leak in, and the walls are thin and the building is noisy.
