Because he acts in interests of his 1/4 side and against the 3/4 of his other side. He identifies most as Jewish and his concerns are Jewish. For example, he is a staunch Zionist who advocates for Israel, purging Die Linke of BDS supporters and successfully spearheading a campaign against two American Jews critical of Israel, Norman Finkelstein and Max Blumenthal, from speaking engagements in Germany. This is all the while he advocates against Germany, collectively calling Germans including his ignorant constituents, "Nazis". All these actions show he is anti-German and despises the entire German volk. When he pursues policies against the 3/4 while advocating for the interests of the 1/4, that's why I highlight his Jewishness.
I didn't go into detail about his heritage, but actually yes his heritage was part of his motivation: Being the mixed-race descendant of a Japanese mother and a father who was a hodge-podge of Flemish, Hungarian, Greek and who knows what else, certainly inspired his (1) pan-Europe movement, and (2) his rant in Practical Idealism about a "Eurasian-Negroid race".
However, don't you find it strange that he would advocate miscegenation for all peoples but then in the very same work praise and single out the Jews for their "racial purity"? When people like myself look at this, we can make the connection with Jews in white or European countries who advocate for mass-immigration while simultaneously advocating for Israel's interests as an exclusively Jewish state with closed borders, and see a pattern.
Good question. People generally put too much faith in the electoral system and don't look among or within themselves for the solutions. This is a disease of Statism. Nevertheless, there are many signs of discontent with the migration invasion specifically, although I'm generally also skeptical of many of the alleged anti-immigration political parties too for many reasons.
