These people are either from Portugal or of fully Portuguese descent. I'll post more later.

Contrary to many people's opinions, Portuguese on average are very distinctly southwestern European Atlanto-Meds and look nothing like average Latin Americans, Arabs, or North Africans.

Portuguese people are Iberians by excellence!

Despite the fact that the majority of Portuguese have dark eyes and also dark hair. Approximately 11% have blond hair ( higher than the Spaniard, Italian, Greek average!) and another 23-25% have blue, green and gray eyes. They are still pretty much quite European!

Portuguese people are no different than any other southern European group and that myth that we're all dark complexed is full of errors. Depending on one's occupation if they are a day laborer or work outside they tend to become tans myself included but I also get very pale during the winter months.
