Nothing bro, the younger guys were 'white' and the older guys were 'black'. Since the younger dude moved the opposite team's pawn, he lost the game. You're not supposed to move the other team's pawn. The guy was under a lot pressure and made that illegal move but he was penalized for it regardless and ended up losing the game to the other team.
