Default What is the name of this "style" of Sicilian music?

It is similar to Portuguese fado, Sephardi Jewish music, Andalusian, and some Tunisian music.

But what is it? A lot of younger folk musicians draw from this style. Is it some sort of revival from the past? Or is it a modern adaption of music like this?

From the choices you included its more similar to fado and then to Sephardic music.

    The first song sounds Sephardic

The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.

I wasn't giving choices so much, as to ask the style of this music. I hear it in a lot of neo-folk collections from Sicily and it is often presented as a return to their most fundamental "folk music" roots. But what is it called?

    Not sure.
I'm a very non Jewy guy, for a Jew, and know little about Jewish musical culture.
If I didn't know better, I would think I was listening to a Hebrew/Arabic singer.
You really need to ask an Israeli poster, with real knowledge of Hebrew, or an Arab poster.
I'm at best a very marginal Jew, and totally illiterate in Hebrew and Yiddish.

Have you heard Portuguese Fado music? It is very similar. It is unquestionably Moorish influenced.

It doesn't sound anything like fado, especially the first song.
