Turkish people aren't really Central Asian. They are +80% West Asian. 'Central Asian' admixture is 10% at most.

What matters is how Oghuz Turcomans looked like and how much genetic affinity Modern Turks have with them. Modern Central Asians score high South Asian, Turkmens score almost 10% who are Oghuz Turks themselves, but Modern Turks score high East Asian while minor South Asian, which is lower than previous Anatolians.

Kazakhs don't score South Asian at all. 2-3% at most. Afghans and Tajiks on other hand.

I don't think central asians are swarthy. They're a big group for sure. What I've found is that kazaks and kyrgyz can often be rather pale. Certainly paler than west asians, MENAs, even levantines on average. I would consider Cenk Uygur swarthy while Sabina Altynbekova is pale (many kazaks have her skin tone).

Yep. Really swarthy people are South Asians. They are very dark, almost like africans.

They are Tuvans. People on this video don't look much different than Kazakhs & Kyrgyz.

I have seen Kazakhs & Kyrgyz who look more Chinese/Korean than them.
