For now the very claim they are alt-right doesn't have any basis, it's no more than a leftist rant thrown on people who disagree with them. So they can laugh at these claims and go on with their business. But once they start talking about Jews openly the claim will become real and they will have entire defamation league on against them. You just have to consider realities of current political environment or you won't stay there for long.

They promote "freedom of speech" so why not talk about "the jew" already? Read between the lines and not everything is black and white.

Most of the people you are thinking of probably belong to a)Alt-lite b)Civic Nationalists c)New Right.
Likely many of them controlled opposition.

And even half the populist and nationalist groups in Europe have connections to Neocons, Security/Intelligence, Israel, etc.

Either way both the alt-lite and alt-right are weak and unorganized.

No actually most of them also sit online and do nothing. Tons of blogs and forums. Little of them who actually organize and do serious change.

Alt-right is criticizing or actually antiJewish (most of them), but some of them are proZionist (kinda like Hitler and his Havara agreement).

Again Lauren Southern and those types are not white supramacists. They are civic nationalists. And funded by guess who.
They rarely or never mention the JQ.
