What's the source?
1% is 800k. Circassians who give the most generous assessments tell they are 2,5 million, not 4 million (which is 5% here). How do you get 800k Pontic Greeks or 1,6 million Laz? Kurds + Zazas are less than 22% and Armenians+Greeks are barely 0,1%.

I'm always amazed by how few Assyrians there are left in Turkey nowadays after the genocide in particular. Didn't think it was this bad though.

There are still Assyrian villages and population around Mardin, inside a Kurdish mass.

A few hundreds of thousands. Some Assyrians returned from Sweden to Mardin over past years as PKK terrorists (who had forced them out) started being less active in the region.

I think there are way more Pontic Greeks, they are just assimilated and they all say they are Turkish
