Penelope Cruz without her tan and the makeup would pass like a common Iberian, but with that tan and the makeup seems exotic, maybe with a Latin American touch, I think they even called her to play a Mexican in a Hollywood movie.

The sisters are Transmediterranids (more on the Gracile Med side of the spectrum) like their mother.
The brother is Atlanto-Berid like their father.
They seem to tan a lot but phenotypically lack any Veddoid/Indobrachid/Gracile Indid/Armenoid traits typical for actual Gypsies of Asia and Eastern Europe. Usually westerners have only some parts of the Gypsy lifestyle adopted in their culture while looking fully Euro.
Completely a different story from actual Gypsies in the east.
It's also certain traditions that Penelope Cruz addresses to as Gypsy regarding her background:
''My grandmother from Andalusia was very gypsy in her spirit and she taught me to love poetry and flamenco, and music and drama.''
