Same thing with Americans, though the practice is becoming less common, thankfully.
Iceland is even trying to ban infant and child circumcision. Good for them. While extremely religious Muslims and Jews will probably never give it up, Iceland's ban will hopefully send a message to the American Gentile parents who do it without a religious reason.

I pity those whose frenulum is entirely removed during circumcision. I think it mostly happens to non-Muslim newborns. Islam has been benevolent toward us.

No its not. Circumcision is a standard practice with White Americans. California has the lowest rates in the entire country, mainly because there is a high immigrant population from Mexico, East Asia, and India. I know all this because I have an uncle and aunt who are both physicians in Southern California.
It should be left to the discretion of the parents IMO. And Jews and Muslims should be allowed to practice it.

It's not dying out, that was too strong, but it's becoming less common, even with White people. For example, I discussed this with a friend a while back, and both of us agree that it's barbaric and we'd never do it to our own kids.
No, it should be left to the discretion of the person whose penis it is.
What other body part are parents allowed to remove with no medical indication?
