Venezuela used to have more full Euro people in the recent past than Colombia, since it received a much larger recent European immigration than Colombia, but since many white Venezuelans are emigrating because of Maduro, I don't know if that's still true.

Not sure about Colombia, but as I said, there used to be many white Venezuelans living in Venezuela, including a fair amount of 100% Euro Venezuelans, until very recently, but many white Venezuelans are emigrating.

Venezuela is far more dangerous than Colombia, unfortunately Not only for Europeans but for anybody.

Where are the areas in each country where Euro % scores the highest? Is it Caracas in Venezuela and Bogota in Colombia?

I would say that the Venezuelan region with the highest Euro input is the Venezuelan Andes (lots of harnizos and castizos), though Caracas and other large Venezuelan cities (like Maracay, Valencia, Barquisimeto, Maracaibo, Barcelona-Puerto La Cruz, etc) received a great part of the recent European immigration that settled in Venezuela in the period between 1950s and the early 1980s.

The more Euro areas of Colombia are the Colombian Andean regions broadly speaking. But if we go into more detail, some people say that the Andean parts of the department of Antioquia is the more Euro area of Colombia, while other people say that it is Bogota and surroundings.

I would say Venezuela is a lot more dangerous. Also Venezuela propably has more 100% euros and more people above 75% euro too, because some years ago Venezuela used to have an a lot more rich and fancy elite than Colombia. But everything changes and now Venezuela is seeing an strong white flight of their elites to USA, Spain and Portugal which is very sad. Here in Brazil we also have 80.000 venezuelans, 15% of the population of Boa Vista and Roraima, but they are the simple people, venezuelans with no money that need help. We are not receiving the high class of Venezuela. But rich or not, they are neighborns and need to be welcome. Finally, most white venezuelans live in rich neighbors of big cities, mainly Caracas.
