Are the Nordids and Meds the youngest Europeans?

I want to ask you one question, according to Coon, Nordid race is depigmented Mediterranean. So does it mean that pure Nordids are youngest european types because they don't share pure ancient European Neanderthal mix? For example like Baltids, Alpinids.. Borrebies etc?
