There is a theory that the albs came from somewhere in the Caucus, which is pretty plausible if you ask me. The arabs and the latins organized the transfer of the albs from Caucus to north Africa, then (today's) southern Italy and then what is called now as Albania.
This can explain the number of native albs in southern Italy and also the fact albania is full of Slavic/Serbian toponyms. Apparently Slavs/Serbs lived in Albania before the Albs.

Correction, it wasn't the Latins, there was a conflict between Khazars and Arabs, Arabs lost and they saved Shippies backsides from Khazars who sort to exterminate them. Arabs settles Shippies in Syria and also next to the Red Sea, the Red Sea Shippies were again relocated to Sicily to help boost the Islamic population of that Island!

At this point Kosovo shouldn’t exist as a entity. And Albanians need to realize that greater Albania is something unrealistic. Serb also need to realize that they have a stalemate in their diplomatic war to not recognize Kosovo, with the help of Moscow. Give Albania the Majority of the country, along with Presheva and Medvegja. Give Serbia North Kosovo along with special autonomy to the Serb minority municipalities. A multi-ethnic liberal fantasy like the Republic of “Kosovo” was a pipefantasy to begin with! What did you expect to happen in a country with two ethnic groups that HATE each other?

The region of Kosovo was reared by both Austro-Hungarians and Vatican. Yes, the Ottomans supported Albanians in its day, however in its modern age who ever wanted to knife Serbia used Albanians, it began with Disraeli, the first Ashkenazi Prime Minister of Britain.
