I struggle. On my birthday 16th April in the morning I had 124kg on the scale, my lowest so far but then I ate my birthday cake and now a few days or a week I ate some sweets and now Im 127kg again. I need to be careful. Well today I fast. I dont eat meat or diaries because it is orthodox good friday. But on Sunday and Monday is orthodox easter and I will probably be eating meat and cake. Well when the Holidays are over I will go back on a stricter diet again. My final goal is to be 80-90kg that would be a normal healthy weight for me since Im 174cm only. Two years ago I was nearly 160kg.

and 67.8 kilogs something like 34 lbs today i have lost 500g since one week and i don't even know how,because i spend my time on this screen
but morty your weight problem is not comming from food,you have another origin,maybe it's hormonal,try to loose 500g per day meaning 3.5 k per week meaning 14 k per month,but you need to starve your adypocites,less lipids more slow sugars like rice or pastas,quinoa, mixed with green vegetables like green lens avoid white bread,white sugar,avoid meat replaced by soja steak,try to exercise 20 minutes per day at start, you need to burn more that your eat ex you eat 1500 calories,you need to burn at least 2000/2500 for starving the adypocites,all the cardio sports on the long run like roaming,bicycle,even swimming,bicycle it's the best fat burner,did you know your mass body ratio?
