I am slender as fuck and used to be much complexed about my body. Last year I finally decided to leave workout and embrace my genetics instead fighting against it.

Weight: 138.5 kg (July 2020), 62.2 kg (April 2021). I have lost a lot of weight, but due to my eating disorder I have gained back 20 kgs from April to now.

I started at 120kg, went on a cut and then ran down to my current weight. I might bulk for a month and then cut again.

Other goals: bench 225 (I did 200x4 two days ago), squat 275 (I did 245x3 yesterday), deadlift 300 (I did 264x8 yesterday).

Also, I need to do more cardio jaja. I haven't run in like four months

180 cm. I want to lose 5kg. I have a great facility for it and with very little exercise I do and with minimal effort I get results in my metabolism that are already satisfactory to me.

In addition to having a skin that does not age, both parents had that privilege, my father with almost 90 years is extremely strong and looks like a man of 40 years.
