To be honest, I'm less concerned about money in this case, because I pessimistically always expect criminal activity around capital projects when it comes to Balkan people. Its in the DNA of most folks (men or women), so I gave up on hope that this would ever be better, but there is another aspect... If you were following more about this project, national parliament issued special law (lex specialis) to override current one, so that they could proceed with this project. Meanwhile people who bought the apartments there complain that things get broken all the time. Also, I heard that similar things has been proposed in Zagreb but they refused to proceed as their engineers found that it can't meet their safeties, because of the danger that foundations of so tall buildings near the river would be damaged. So I guess that's what lex specialis is about. And that last thing is reason for concern.

Your authochauvinism is awful. I'm not surprised for pulstar, a Croat living nicely in Serbia, but for someone who should be a Serb from Bosnia I am. I hate I'm in the same group in MyHeritage result with you.

As already said, whoever doesn't like Belgrade can go out from it. Belgrade is eternal and will live even when all trolls die.
