Anyone else notice the soundtracks of Star Wars and Home Alone are similar? I did a very lazy internet search after realizing this and it seems they were both scored by John Williams. It's not just style though, it is the actual tune.
The movies are similar in theme somewhat also, a boy without his family and with a mission to accomplish against those crooks who threaten his home or home planet.
I'm not "hearing things" am I?

Also most metal-ish songs sound the same to me, perhaps this is in the same way that all Asians look the same to non-Asians.
