One of the reason why Turks easily took Bosnia was because Bosnia was still ruled by Bosniaks after Ottoman takeover.
In their early era, before turning into empire in 1453, the Ottomans adopted state structure similar to Seljuks.
Ottomans were a beylik like Karaman and the others. And the central authority appointed marcher lords for remote territorie's controls. These marcher lords were often tribal raider leaders.
During strikes deep into Balkans, kids of local nobilities were taken by Turkish raiders. Those raiders were Akinji families of Turcoman descent.
The story with Bosniaks started the same way.
Paşa Yiğit, a Turk from Saruhan beylik who entered into Ottoman service, was appointed by Ottoman dynasty as marcher lord for extreme west territories.
He took Skopje plus greater Macedonian region and he was also conducting raids deep into Bosnia or even Wallachia. During raids deep into Bosnia, some kids were taken and adopted.
Paşa Yiğit's son Ishak Bey adopted a Bosnian kid who will become later Isa Bey Isakovic. But Isakovic (son of Isak) was through adoption not biological fathering.
Isakovic was Bosnian and later was local ruler of Bosnia (from 1440 to 1470 with some breaks). He founded the city of Sarajevo. Later after 1470's his descent was also active in local administration.
That's the era those Bugomilian Slavic people turned Muslims.
The other branch with Turahan is biological descent of Paşa Yiğit.
Turahan became governor of Thessaly, he founded and thrived city of Larissa and organized the takeover of Morea later. Greeks worshipped him. Even today Greeks remember him with respect. Today there is still even a Greek Orthodox church in the region named 'Saint Nicholas Turahan Church' LOL
For summary, Bosnia was taken through Bosniak clients. The local folk didn't interact directly with Turks. Their previously 'lost kids' returned and took them over.

True and before 10th century Serbs were Catholics, before 6th century Serbs were Pagans.
Your modern concept of Serbs (Orthodox people) is fairytale.
Actually Serbian nation is in shackles of Orthodox Church just like the Greek one.
Unlike Serbs, Majority of Greeks are muslims.

Before 10th century there was only one Christian church since East–West Schism happened in 1054 year. So Serbs were Christians.
Before 6th century Serbs were Pagans, ok.
But then that goes against your theory that Serbs were part of Byzantine before 6th century so aren't they became Christians in 3rd century? Can you explain that?

Bosnjak came from the word Bosnjanin, literally the only thing that changed is the -nin to -k, it changed during the Ottoman Empire, "Bosanac" is a modern concept introduced by the communists and Bosnian serb identity appeared only in the 19th century and Bosnian croat identity appeared with the Ustasa regime.
