Sorry, but I don't like the Spice Girls... I think they're extremely untalented and uncreative (like One Direction.)
Why not post ultra talented singers and musicians and bands who've inspired music genres, etc..... such as Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode, Iron Maiden, My Dying Bride, Numan, Bowie, George Michael, Kate Bush, etc?
Secondly, I don't see anything special or unique about the way 'S' is pronounced in the countries within the British Isles.
