Why Serbian politicians sent their pilots against NATO aviation?

We did use other options as well but it is in our Serbian mentality to give everything we can in a war. Besides it's not that irrational, when you are at war you must use everything you have.

I don't know. Fact is that country had to function like everything is normal, people had to go to work normally. So I guess pilots had to go to work like all others. (schools were not working, that was only difference as far as I know)

Yes, i really watched both parts of this movie/emision "Niko nije rekao neću", and those people had serious missions in front of them. Impossible missions, and all of them had families. But still i think that politicians of SR Yugoslavia in that time weren't really aware about the power ratio among them.
