You are right for other calculators but in this calculator specifically East-med is more Euro shifted (Greece and the area) as they have separate category for Near East (Levant) and Kavkaz (West Caucasus), and other Middle eastern populations (Arabian, Armenian ect). East med in more European in this calculator only.
